By way of a formal transformation in accordance with Slovenian Sovereign Holding Act (ZSDH-1), Slovenian Sovereign Holding (hereinafter referred to as: "SSH") has committed itself to pursue even higher standards of operational compliance. Therefore, in accordance with Article 54 of ZSDH-1, the procedure for the selection of a Compliance Manager started in June 2014 and the selected candidate took up the said post on 1 January 2015. Given the resignation from the said function with effect in April 2016, SSH started recruiting a new Compliance Manager.
Upon a prior consent by the SSH's Supervisory Board, SSH has appointed a new Compliance Manager, Mr Janez Saje, who assumed the function on 1 May 2017
