Signing of Agreement on Joint Sale of Shares of Adria Airways, d.d.
On 8 January 2015, on behalf of and for the account of the Republic of Slovenia, the Slovenian Sovereign Holding, Bank Assets Management Company and PDP, d.d. signed the Agreement on Joint Sale of Shares of Adria Airways, d.d.. The shareholding of the above mentioned companies amounts to the total of 91.58% of the share capital in Adria Airways.
