SSH concluded a contract on legal conselling in the sale of Shares of Adria Airways, d. d.
Slovenski državni holding, d. d. (SSH) together with Družba za upravljanje terjatev bank, d. d. (Bank Assets Management Company – BAMC) concluded a legal consulting agreement for the sale of shares of Adria Airways, d. d., which are held in the ownership of Republic of Slovenia, BAMC and Posebna družba za upravljanje, d. d. (PDP) with the Karanović & Nikolič, d.o.o., on 22 April 2015.
