Adria Airways: Signing of Contract of Mandate with Financial Advisor in sale of 91.58% shareholding in Adria Airways, d. d.

On 19 March 2015, the Slovenian Sovereign Holding (hereinafter referred to as: “SSH”), together with Bank Asset Management Company, signed a Contract of Mandate with financial advisor KPMG poslovno svetovanje, d. o. o., for the provision of financial services in the sale of shares of Adria Airways, d.d., held in the ownership of the Republic of Slovenia, Bank Asset Management Company, d.d., and Posebna družba za upravljanje, d. d..

 

By signing the Contract of Mandate, KPMG, with due diligence of a good expert, has assumed the rendering of financial advisory services in the sale of shares of Adria Airways. KPMG's references regarding the financial advisory services rendered in various M&A transactions are extensive and of quality. KPMG shall manage the sale process under the leadership of an international team.

 

By signing the Contract of Mandate with the financial advisor, SSH continues the process of the sale of Adria Airways, d.d., in accordance with the Decision of the National Assembly of 21 June 2013.
