Slovenian Sovereign Holding which, on behalf of the Republic of Slovenia, manages the process of the sale of shares of Nova KBM has received binding offers for the purchase of the State's 100% shareholding held in Nova KBM.
As binding offers are confidential no additional comments can be provided by the Slovenian Sovereign Holding at this point in time.
