The Slovenian Sovereign Holding (»SSH«) has received several offers for the purchase of the 100% shareholding in Nova KBM, d.d. The contents of the received offers constitute confidential information and the SSH can not comment on them. SSH will, together with its legal and financial advisors, diligently review the received offers and decide on the modalities of the continuation of the process in the coming days.
