The Second Phase of the Sale Process of Nova KBM Shares
After receiving non-binding bids for the purchase of 100 % of the share capital of Nova KBM, the Slovenian Sovereign Holding has initiated the second phase of the sale process of Nova KBM shares.
Investors having submitted complete offers in time and presenting the best terms and conditions have been invited to participate in the second phase of the sale process.
Binding offers are expected to be submitted in October 2014.
