Disposal of Capital Assets Runs Smoothly

Slovenska odškodninska družba, d. d., ("SOD") informs all the interested parties that all sale processes associated with the disposal of capital assets run smoothly, in accordance with the time schedules and the Decision of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia of 21 June 2013.

 

The Company's leadership is doing everything in its power to have the processes run in a transparent and professional manner and in accordance with the time schedule envisaged for each sale of shares.

 

The Decision of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia of 21 June 2013 has set out clear principles for the disposal of capital assets resulting in explicit obligations which are consistently met by the SOD's leadership.
