Deadline Expired for Submission of Expression of Interest for Acquisition of Telekom Slovenija Shares

On 23 April 2014 the deadline has expired for the submission of Expression of Interest for a potential acquisition of 4,754,523 ordinary registered non-par value shares ("Shares") representing 72,75% of the equity interest in Telekom Slovenije, d.d.

 

The purpose of the Expression of Interest was to facilitate the evaluation of the Interested Investors that demonstrate the legal and financial capacity required for the acquisition of shares. After the evaluation of each of the Expression of Interest, all the Interested Investors that have fulfilled the conditions set in the Invitation for the Submission of the Expression of Interest will be invited to participate in the next phase of the sale process.

 

The sale process is carried out in accordance with the time schedule and the response received by the top strategic and financial investors has been assessed as very good.
