Invitation to express interest in the acquisition of majority holding in Aerodrom Ljubljana, d. d., Slovenia

Aerodrom Ljubljana, d. d., (“Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport”) is the capital airport of Slovenia. It serves the majority of air passenger and air cargo traffic in Slovenia and represents an important player in aviation logistics in the region. The airport is highly profitable and debt free. Given its excellent geographical position, its modern and expandable infrastructure as well as its balanced mix of routes and customers, Ljubljana airport is a unique investment opportunity.

 

A group of shareholders (“the sellers”) consider the disposal of the majority of shares (75.5%) by way of a joint sale transaction. Aerodrom Ljubljana, d. d., is a public company listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
