Information from the SOD Supervisory Board Meeting

Today, on 14 March 2014, the Supervisory Board of the Slovenska odškodninska družba, d.d., (SOD SB) assembled at the regular meeting, where it was briefed about the positions for the preparation of the management strategy of Equity Investments of the Republic of Slovenia and proposed to SOD that the positions be sent to the relevant ministries as well as to the government for assessment and discussion.

 

SOD SB was also notified of the resignation of the President of the Management Board Tomaž Kuntarič, MA, as well as relieved him from the position of the President of the Management Board effective 31 March 2014. SOD SB appointed Matej Pirc, who has been a member of the Management Board so far, to the aforementioned vacant position on 1 April 2014. President of the Management Board gave notice of his resignation in accordance with the agreement concluded at one of the previous SOD SB meetings, at which it was agreed that the mandate of the President of the Management Board is terminated when the new Slovenian Sovereign Holding Act is adopted. Since the adoption of the aforementioned Act is planned for the end of this March, the President of the Management Board and SOD SB have agreed that the conditions of the aforementioned agreement have been met.
