As part of the bankruptcy proceedings of Mestna vrata d.o.o., City Hotel Maribor, located at Ulica Kneza Koclja 22, Maribor, Slovenia, is being offered for sale by public auction.

City Hotel Maribor enjoys a prime location overlooking the River Drava and Lent, just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre, and represents an excellent investment opportunity. The hotel is fully operational and is being sold as a functional whole, comprising the hotel premises together with commercial and underground parking facilities.
The public auction, conducted through upward bidding starting from EUR 8,000,000.00, will take place on 10 December 2025 at 11:00, at the offices of BDO d.o.o., Cesta v Mestni log 1, Ljubljana, Slovenia.
