Slovenian Sovereign Holding Corporate Strategy 2025 - 2030
The Slovenian Sovereign Holding Corporate Strategy for the period to 2030 is designed in line with the principles of sustainable development, with a strong emphasis on optimising the long-term interests of all stakeholders – including nature. It adopts a comprehensive approach, addressing impacts on stakeholders, the natural environment, and the financial position of Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH).
Methodologically, the strategy is grounded in a quantum dynamic approach, incorporating lean strategising. This process brings together elements of design thinking and lean innovation, enabling fast, flexible, and creative responses to emerging challenges, while ensuring stability and a sustained focus on long-term objectives.
A key guiding principle in shaping the strategy was the belief that individuals are most motivated and effective when actively involved in co-creating shared goals. Accordingly, the strategy was developed through the active participation of the SSH Management Board, senior leaders, and experts at SSH, who engaged their teams and key stakeholders throughout the process.
The successful implementation of the strategy – and its ongoing dynamic development – depends critically on all employees and stakeholders of SSH embracing it, through a structured co-strategising process and, above all, through concrete, strategically aligned daily leadership and practice.
