SSH Adopts Revised and Supplemented SSH Recommendations and Expectations

In line with the Annual Asset Management Plan for 2024, Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH) has introduced amendments and supplements to its SSH Recommendations and Expectations, primarily focusing on various aspects of embedding sustainability principles into business practices.

SSH regularly reviews the appropriateness of its SSH Recommendations and Expectations, ensuring they remain aligned with developments in the business and regulatory landscape. The latest amendments primarily address adjustments concerning different facets of sustainability. Additionally, to support companies in their implementation, templates for certain corporate governance documents have been updated.
