Call for binding bids to purchase the RPFS claims
Druzba za upravljanje terjatev bank, d.d., Davcna ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana, registration no: 6339620000 (hereinafter referred to as: "Seller"), acting in its name and on its own behalf hereby publishes this call for binding bids to purchase the Seller’s claims held against the RPFS d.o.o..
The deadline for submission of binding bids shall be 27 December 2018, at or before 14:00 hours.
