Invitation to tender for the purchase of claims
Družba za upravljanje terjatev bank, d.d. (hereinafter referred to as: "Seller") invites investors to submit non-binding bids to purchase claims held against the following companies: (i) FORI Skupina, upravljanje z naložbami d.o.o., Prešernova cesta 1A, 3320 Velenje, company registration no. 1429639000; (ii) FORI, Fleksibilno organiziranje razvojnih idej, d.o.o., Prešernova cesta 1A, 3320 Velenje, company registration no. 5295700000; (iii) EMO-TECH, proizvodna družba d.o.o., Prešernova cesta 1A, 3320 Velenje, company registration no. 5657431000; (iv) ELVEL – elektrostrojni inženiring, trgovina in storitve d.o.o., Prešernova cesta 1A, 3320 Velenje, company registration no. 1803786000; and (v) TEKSTILNA TOVARNA OKROGLICA d.d., Dombrava 1, 5293 Volčja Draga, company registration no. 5033837000 (hereinafter collectively referred to as: "Debtors" or "Companies").
The deadline for submission of indicative offers shall be 23 April 2019. The offer shall be considered to have been submitted in a timely manner if it has been delivered to the Seller’s address by the aforementioned date, at or before 16:00 hours.
The deadline for submission of binding offers shall be 26 June 2019. The offer shall be considered to have been submitted in a timely manner if it has been delivered to the Seller’s address by the aforementioned date, at or before 16:00 hours.
