Invitation for participation in the disposal process of Letrika d. d., Slovenia

Letrika Group develops, produces and markets innovative starter motors, alternators, electric drives and mechatronics systems and is headquartered in Slovenia. Its customer portfolio includes the biggest global producers of agricultural, construction and industrial machinery in addition to a wide range of transport means, as well as customers from the automotive industry.

 

Certain major shareholders and banks acting as lien holders are considering the disposal of their shares by way of a joint sale transaction. Letrika d.d. is a public company listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
