The Agreement of the Joint Sale of Shares of Žito, d. d. concluded
On 23 October 2013, Slovenska odškodninska družba, d. d., Modra zavarovalnica, d. d., KD Kapital, finančna družba, d. o. o., KD Skladi, družba za upravljanje d. o. o. and Adriatic Slovenica, d. d., which as holders have at their disposal a total of 180.401 ordinary registered no-par value shares of Žito, d. d. (code ZTOG), and which constitute a total of 50,70% of share capital of that company, signed the “Agreement on the Joint Sale of Shares of Žito, d.d.
