Slovenska odškodninska družba, d. d., has together with some of the owners concluded the Agreement on the Joint Sale of Shares of Aerodrom Ljubljana, d. d.

On 16 October 2013, the Republic of Slovenia, Slovenska odškodninska družba, d.d., Kapitalska družba pokojninskega in invalidskega zavarovanja, d. d., Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d., KD Skladi, družba za upravljanje, d.o.o., and NFD, d.o.o., which as holders have at their disposal a total of 2,785,322 ordinary and preference nominal non-par value shares of Aerodrom Ljubljana, d.d. (code AELG and AELP), and which constitute a total of 73.34% of share capital of that company, signed the “Agreement on the Joint Sale of Shares of Aerodrom Ljubljana, d.d.”.
