Notice on launching a proposed placement of Nova Ljubljanska banka shares

“The Republic of Slovenia, acting through Slovene Sovereign Holding, launches a proposed placement of up to 1,999,999 ordinary shares in Nova Ljubljanska Banka d. d., Ljubljana (“Company”) representing 10 per cent of the Company's existing share capital minus 1 share, by way of an accelerated bookbuild process to certain institutional investors in the form of shares and global depositary receipts representing shares.”
