Temporary Suspension of Sale Process of MLM
Members of the Selling Consortium, BAMC and SSH, have passed a decision that the sale process of Mariborska livarna, Maribor, d.d., is temporarily suspended.
The decision of the Sellers was adopted as a result of the lack of satisfactory interest having been expressed by potential investors.
The process for the sale of Mariborska livarna, d. d., is expected to continue in the first half of 2017 when results in regard to the restructuring of financial debt will be visible and when the Sellers will have at their disposal the Audited Financial Statements for 2016.
