Lidia Glavina Appointed SSH's Temporary President of Management Board

Today, on 4 July 2016, the Supervisory Board of Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH) met at the extraordinary session to deal with the resignation notice submitted by Mr Jazbec, the President of the Management Board. The Resolution on consensual early termination of Mr Jazbec's term office was adopted, taking effect on 14 July 2016. The members of the Supervisory Board thanked Mr Jazbec for his constructive cooperation and work carried out.

 

Pursuant to Article 273, Paragraph 2 of ZGD-1, Lidia Glavina, the current member of SSH Supervisory Board, was appointed the Temporary President of the Management Board of SSH with her term of office lasting not more than 6 months. Mrs Glavina will assume her position on 15 July 2016. During this period, Mrs Glavina will not act as the member of SSH Supervisory Board.

 

For the purpose of selecting a new President of the Management Board, the Nomination Committee of SSH Supervisory Board has been formed to immediately launch procedures for filling up the vacancy in SSH Management Board.

 

Mr Belič, the President of the Supervisory Board, said. "Considering recent developments, the prompt reaction of the Supervisory Board has enabled a stable operation of SSH with the aim of smoothly pursuing all activities planned.".

 

Mrs Glavina holds a degree in economics and currently holds the position of the Executive Director of the Austrian Imsa Group GmbH. He has more than 10 years of work experience at executive positions in Electrolux Group; before that she was the CFO of Husqvarna Forest&Garden in Slovenia.
