Adria Airways: Sellers have received offers for the purchase of Adria Airways, d. d.
The Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH) and the Bad Assets Management Company (BAMC) have received several offers for the purchase of the 91.58% shareholding in Adria Airways, d. d. The offers received will be carefully examined by SSH and BAMC and the sale process will be continued in accordance with the envisaged time schedule.
The content of offers is confidential and no comments may be provided by the sellers since any disclosure of information during this phase of the sale process would have a negative impact on the sale process itself.
