INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF CLAIMS AGAINST 39 LEGAL ENTITIES

Družba za upravljanje terjatev bank, d.d. (BAMC), Davčna ulica 1, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the Seller) hereby publishes, on its own behalf and for its own account, an invitation to tender for the binding purchase of the Seller’s claims arising from business relationships entered into with legal entities. The binding bids shall be submitted no later than by 14:00 on 29 March 2022. A bid shall be deemed to have been received on time if it arrives at the Seller’s address by 14:00 on the above-stated date. IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

• The deadline for due diligence performing and by that closing a virtual data room is extended to 5 April 2022 until 14.00
• The deadline for binding bids submitting is extended to 12 April 2022 until 14.00. The bid will be considered as submitted on time if it arrives at the Sellers address by 14.00 on the above-stated date
• A change of the public tender has been published
