PUBLIC TENDER FOR THE COLLECTION OF BINDING BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF CLAIMS AGAINST 66 LEGAL ENTITIES - CLOSED
Družba za upravljanje terjatev bank, d.d. (BAMC), Davčna ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: the Seller) hereby publishes, on its own behalf and for its own account, a public tender for the collection of bids for the purchase of the Seller’s claims arising from business relationships entered into with legal entities.
We would like to inform you that due to the increased interest in the sales package, package of claims against 66 legal entities, the deadline for carrying out the due diligence (access to VDR) is extended until 21st June 2019 to 2 pm and consequently the deadline for the submission of binding bids is extended until 28th June 2019 to 2 pm.
