Družba za upravljanje terjatev bank, d.d. (Bank Asset Management Company), Davčna ul. 1, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the "Seller") hereby publishes, on its own behalf and for its own account, a public tender for the collection of binding bids for the purchase of the Seller’s claims against:
- LLC "BATRIS" (original name: ООО «БАТРИС»), 2, Malomyasnitskaya Street, 61010, Kharkiv, Ukraine, Registration number: 32566590 and
- LLC "CONSTANT LEADER XXI" (original name: ООО «КОНСТАНТ ЛИДЕР ХХІ»), 2, Malomyasnitskaya Street, 61010, Kharkiv, Ukraine, Registration number: 34467814 (hereinafter: the Companies).
This Public Tender also refers to the collection of binding bids for the purchase of 18-percent stakes held by the Seller in the capital of LLC "Batris" and LLC "Constant Leader XXI".
The Claims and Participating Interests shall be sold together in their entirety.
The binding bids shall be submitted before or on 23 October 2020, by 15.00.
