SDH and NLB announce Intention to float
Republic of Slovenia in accordance with the Slovenian Sovereign Holding Act, acting through its sovereign holding company Slovenski državni holding d. d. (SDH) and Nova Ljubljanska banka d. d., Ljubljana (NLB), announce their Intention to launch the first public offering of NLB’s shares (ITF).
More information about the ITF can be found in the announcement by SDH and NLB. The information of the announcement cannot be shared with individuals residing in the United States, Canada, Australia and Japan due to the securities laws of those countries.
